The Yindi Band is a 5 piece band who has been together and performing for over 12 months  on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane area. A lot of the Yindi Bands performances being Indigenous focused due to front woman De Greer-Yindimincarlie, a Wiradjuri woman, who has been playing music for over 20 years. 


The sound consists of bass, acoustic guitar, hand percussion, keyboard and drum kit with 3 and 4 piece sweet vocal harmonies.


The Yindi Band writes as a band so the music is a mixture of contemporary, blues, folk and Indigenous soul and story.


The members of The Yindi Band are seasoned professionals within the music and creative arts industry.


The Yindi Band has a unique/eclectic sound, great stories and an eclectic fusion of, contemporary, alternative, soul, blues, folk, and country with a hint of Indigenous undertones.


The songs are inspired by real life events and emotions that strike a chord in the hearts of everyone who listens to the Yindi Band's music
